Free Returns
You have 14 days from receiving your delivery to send it back to us. Please ensure your item(s) are in the same perfect condition as you received them, unworn and with tags/stickers attached. If your item is not returned in an unworn condition, we will not be able to accept your return and your item will be returned to you. After 14 days have passed we unfortunately can't offer you a refund or exchange.

Returns will be sent via Evri Parcel Shop and a QR code will be emailed to you. You can then take the QR code to a Print In Parcel Shop. Your nearest Print In Parcel Shop can be found at this website address https://www.evri.com/find-a-parcelshop

If you have any particular issues with this return method please mention this on the email. 

Refunds
Once your return is received, it will be inspected to ensure it fits our return policy. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 days of receipt and an automatic refund email sent. Please note it could take 3-5 days for us to process your return from the date it reaches them. The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment and can take 3-5 days to reach your account depending on your bank provider.

Exchanges
If you require an exchange for another size or style then please clearly state the details on an email addressed to hello@tenter.co.uk.

We can’t hold stock so your exchange will be fulfilled once your return arrives and if the stock is available. If a product is not in stock for exchange then you’ll receive a full refund.
